Bookings

A booking is confirmed once the advance is received and a confirmation is sent on WhatsApp, SMS or email. Vehicle model is subject to availability; a similar or higher category may be provided if necessary.

Fares

Fares are as per the quote shared at the time of booking. Additional kilometres, extra days, route changes, night driving or waiting beyond the agreed time may be charged as per the quote.

Travel time & routes

Drive times are estimates. Delays due to weather, landslides, traffic, road closures, strikes or government restrictions are beyond our control. The driver may change route or timing for safety.

Passenger conduct

Smoking, alcohol consumption and illegal items are not permitted in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for damage caused to the vehicle by them.

Luggage & belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss of valuables left in the vehicle.

Permits & documents

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID and obtaining required permits (ILP/PAP). We can assist but approval rests with the authorities.

Hill driving

On steep climbs the AC may be switched off temporarily for engine safety. Drivers will not drive at excessive speed or beyond safe hours.
