Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling a taxi booking

Please inform us of any cancellation as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges, if any, depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and are mentioned in your booking confirmation.

Tour packages with hotels

For packages that include hotels, safaris or permits, the cancellation terms of those hotels and service providers also apply. Non-refundable bookings made on your request cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method or bank account within 7–10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel due to vehicle breakdown, natural events, road closures or government restrictions, we will offer a replacement vehicle or a refund of the amount paid for services not delivered.

No-shows

If the traveller does not show up at the pickup point without informing us, the advance may be forfeited.
